Motiva is a mentoring and coaching project dedicated to guiding and inspiring women on their professional and personal journey, regardless of where they are on their path. We know that many women face the challenge of balancing multiple responsibilities, such as work, family, studies and other commitments. Motiva offers specialized support to help these women manage and harmonize these multiple areas, motivating them to move forward with their projects and achieve their goals.
To create the Motiva brand, real human characteristics were taken into account to help it connect with its audience, making it not just a brand, but something more.
We started with the symbol of the Brazilian purple clover, which was used to represent the brand. The three-leaf clover can also be easily identified and one of its meanings is success.
The leaves of the Oxalis have a unique shape and we can identify a heart on each one of them, bringing to the brand the strongest feeling of all: love.
Its leaves are joined in the middle, contributing to the representation of unity in order to reach the same goal, like a target with arrows pointing to the same place. We can also see the 3 stages of the work process that the professional normally uses being represented by the symbol.
For the brand font, a single font family was chosen: Bellota Text. The font has a simple variety of weights, but with several variations of each letter, as it is an Opentype font. Bellota Text is able to compose whatever the creative project. Either corporate or general. For the brand's typography, a change was made to the letter M so that it would behave in exactly the same way as the oxalis leaves (which we can also find the letter M there), bringing greater continuity.
