To create this communication, the different was taken into consideration. In an industry with saturated visual communication parameters and a niche, the dialogue here was totally opposite to what is expected of a nutrition professional. Jess Rocha is an orthomolecular and herbal nutrition professional who works with functional nutrition, specializing in the relationship between food and mental disorders. Diagnosed with ADHD, Jess would like to focus her work on integrative health nutrition, especially in the area of the intestine. Her entire methodology is focused on the individuality of each person who comes to her.
To form the chosen solution, we used a reference base and research into brand standards where our identity can be found in something more "aesthetic", calm, mature, typographic, with saturated colors and little or no symbols.
We were able to include morphological icons in the main name next to the typographic choice. For these choices, we worked on symbols chosen by the professional with the message she would like to transmit and related to who she is.
Bringing more personality to the brand, part of its design was changed, with an unusual union for the letters O and C to bring continuity to the movement present in the SS ligature. In addition, the hexagon symbol was added as a small but important detail.
To create Jess Rocha's brand, a series of important adjectives were taken into account to bring out the professional's unique and personal personality. With disruptive communication, the voice tone chosen was based on the adjectives recognized by the professional herself and what she would like to offer with her work, during the creation method. We used a few simple movements, bringing a certain flexibility to the image of the project, but without losing the seriousness about the subject in which she specializes and wishes to inform with such enthusiasm.
We chose a graphic texture that communicates the orthomolecular area of its formation, using the design of epithelial cells. In this case, the graphics are suitable for applications in which a texture is needed to complement the communication, but does not necessarily have to be part of the brand.
The color palette is very bold and calm, and can easily be applied to a variety of situations. We used blueberries still ripening with yellow for contrast to achieve these results.
