Data CX is a B2B company with focused solutions for consumer success and experience, designed to connect company and client. Created by Gesi Borges, CEO, a CS and CX professional with over 10 years' experience in processes, customer relations and CS/CX in technology companies. The company's proposal is to offer personalized services to other technology start-ups, structuring a client-centric culture and, above all, improving results and the company's connection with its clients.
To create the chosen solution, we used a base of references and a search for brand standards where our identity can be found in something more cheerful, strong and objective, aimed at the technology industry.
The brand structure is very simple and objective, typographic, with a support symbol and an icon in the name, contributing to the market idea for which the services are intended: technology. Although the symbol is not mandatory, it will work as a simplified communication about the brand, carrying its consonants and providing more information about the company's proposal.
We've arrived at a trio of strong colors with high contrast and very energetic tones, very common in brands in the technology market. They are energizing with a certain balance, to help with the concept of the archetype of the ordinary person. They were taken from the professional's personal color palette (light summer).
