About

Brazilian Sisters Foundation is a non-profit project created with the objective of bringing together a network of women interested in helping other women who are looking to develop their careers as entrepreneurs and for some reason don't have enough resources, such as information, knowledge, material or financial resources. The project aims to help the widest possible range of women, both nationally and internationally, who need help with their business objectives.

The Problem to Solve

Women are increasingly present in the business world and, for many reasons, they have difficulty starting companies, pursuing careers or continuing pre-existing projects. Cultural issues also play a large part in the problems faced by Latin women. With all this in mind, the Brazilian Sisters Foundation was created to train these women, answer their questions and make them more confident in the corporate world.

Construction

The letters of the chosen font were intertwined and in some cases joined together as a way of expressing the union, the welcome, the help that the Brazilian Sisters Foundation wishes to offer by “embracing” women who need guidance in their careers. Curved and sinuous shapes give lightness and movement to the brand, bringing tranquillity and continuity. We can find the symbol of an “eye” embraced by the letter S, contributing to the symbolism of curiosity. It is through our eyes that we learn, see life, change and evolve.

Forms and textures

To create the prints, we used shapes from structures, cultural symbols and natural forms found in the Brazilian biome in a geometric format to illustrate the country's diversity and represent each and every woman from any part of the country.

The Brand

For the visual component, the brand's personality attributes were adopted, contributing to identification. The words chosen to represent this personality were:

Brazilian, disciplined, determined, intelligent, restless and outgoing.

Colors

The colors were selected according to the painting by a great Brazilian artist named Tarsila do Amaral, Abaporu.

Let's work together!
